Man in NYC caught on digicam trying to snatch French bulldog from owner in upscale office constructing

New York Metropolis police are seeking for a gentleman seen in surveillance footage seeking to snatch a French bulldog from it’s owner as she walked through a revolving door of an upscale Manhattan place of work developing in broad daylight, authorities claimed late Thursday. 

The lady was strolling with her darkish-coloured pooch just just after 2:45 p.m. on June 21 when the stranger adopted her into an workplace setting up on Broadway near Trinity Area in the Economic District, the New York Police Section (NYPD) claimed. He then allegedly proceeded to adhere to the lady “into the very same partition of a revolving door,” at which point he moved in for the pet dog.
