He wrote, “Throughout the recent wave, colleges have remained the safest spots for our children and beginning Monday, June 13, we will make masks optional for 2-4 year aged young children in all early childhood options. We still strongly advise that New Yorkers of all ages go on to wear masks indoors and we will continue to make masks available for any kid or college workers member who needs to carry on sporting them.”
