Police in New Hampshire have arrested a 19-12 months-previous Massachusetts gentleman accused of a drunken boating crash around the weekend that remaining the vessel in the woods. 

Michael Smith, 19, from Hingham, Massachusetts, was arrested and billed with boating even though intoxicated.

The incident allegedly unfolded all over 10 p.m. Saturday on Lake Sunapee – northwest of Concord – near the lake’s yacht club, according to New Hampshire Point out Law enforcement.

“Upon arrival, officers identified a 22’ Mastercraft close to 20 ft on shore resting on a steep hill in trees and brush,” law enforcement reported in a assertion.

“The two occupants were nonetheless in the vessel and were not injured,” the statement additional.
