A New York City man accused of taking pictures a woman in a Walmart parking good deal in Pennsylvania encountered return fireplace by another man or woman who was legally carrying a gun, a district attorney has disclosed. 

Christopher Carmona is struggling with charges such as attempted murder, aggravated assault with a fatal weapon and possession of a prohibited firearm following the June 1 incident in Pittston Township, exterior of Scranton, in accordance to WNEP. 

But Luzerne County District Lawyer Sam Sanguedolce informed the station that a human being who was lawfully carrying a gun at a close by nail salon returned fire at Carmona right after listening to gunshots and racing outside. 

The capturing stays underneath investigation.

Police informed Fox56 that Carmona was likely by the victim’s automobile in the parking lot when he allegedly was confronted by the lady. 

The girl was noted to be in steady situation pursuing the taking pictures.
