Powerball results: Winning numbers for record $1.9 billion jackpot revealed after delay

After an initial delay Monday evening, numbers were drawn Tuesday for the record $1.9 billion Powerball.

The drawn numbers were 10-33-41-47-56 with a red Powerball of 10.

“The #Powerball numbers for Monday’s drawing were 10, 33, 41, 47 and 56 with Powerball 10 Check your tickets now at Powerball USA tweeted Tuesday morning.

Drawing for the record jackpot was meant to take place Monday evening, but was delayed after one state’s lottery did not report data in time.

“Monday’s (November 7th) #Powerball drawing remains delayed while one of the participating lotteries processes sales data. Once all the requirements have been met, the draw will take place and winning numbers will be published at Powerball USA tweeted, explaining the reason for the delay.

After the numbers were drawn Tuesday, Powerball USA announced that there is no winner of the record jackpot.

Furthermore, it revealed that the new prize for Wednesday’s drawing is another record $2.3 billion.
